my recent miami beach stay was exceeded by attic. the friendly staff, clean dorms, and convenient location made me feel safe and comfortable. the extra amenities and comfy bed made it feel more like a hotel. shoutout to the amazing guy who checked me in!

Bunk beds were cramped, had issues with assigned beds. a hassle to switch and prove the problem.

It was very convenient to stay here.

Staff was sort of uninterested in the guests and the room was far more expensive than what it was worth.

I hated the loft! The only thing I likes was the location & the fact that I was with family. Other than that..IT Was horrible!!

The beds were gross!!! Do not stay here!! I had to get my money back & find a new hotel. The customer service was terrible! The room was old & nasty & smelled bad. My bed had blood in it, I told the house keeper she came into the room & she only made the bed up never changed the sheets. It was the worst place I have ever been to in my life!!! The bathroom was awful! I hated it!!!

The hotel is conveniently located on Collins Ave, just a short walk away from the beach. It is also in close proximity to various bars, restaurants, and shops, making it an ideal location for exploring South Beach. The room is spacious and comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen and dining area. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, providing helpful recommendations for places to visit.

The bathroom could use some updating, as the shower has poor water pressure and the fixtures look dated.

It's an older building so there were maintainance issues. Peeling paint, horrible shower/pressure, the closet, if kept closed was very musky. The toilet had a redilculous leak that the cleaning person would definetely recognize once they flushed it - water "shot" out of the lower part of the tank!! The showere curtain had a good amount of black mold on it - disgusting! I would recogmend the hotel only knowing that it was better maintained, because it was very cute & great location.

Location is good, just 1 block from the seafront. Staff is friendly

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Miami Beach. The value for the money was great, and the room was clean, organized, and easy to navigate. The location was perfect, with the beach on one side and bus stops on the other for easy exploring. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making me feel safe and comfortable throughout my stay.

The breakfast could have been better.

We come down to South Beach a couple of times a year and the staff at The Loft Hotel is the best we've ever experienced. The rooms size is size is perfect with the kitchen and breakfast area. The Loft Hotel will always be our first choice from now on.

Some of the paint was chipping off the wall and ceiling.

We had a fantastic stay at this place! The location is unbeatable, just a short walk from the beach, restaurants, and all the attractions. The friendly and helpful staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was clean, organized, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfy, and the extra amenities like soaps, shampoo, conditioner, and extra towels were a nice touch. We felt safe and secure during our stay, thanks to the hotel's commitment to security. The guest lounge/breakfast nook was a great place to relax and enjoy a meal. The free shuttle service to and from the airport was another convenient feature that we really appreciated. we had a wonderful experience at this hotel!

We highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The staff was fantastic, value was great with fluffy towels, free locker, free shuttle, and happy hour. Perfect location near the beach and bus stops. Terrace area to relax and sunbathe. Airport shuttle pickup and drop-off provided.

The staff in general very friendly. The rooms are very comfortable ideal with the kitchen to cook. I would add a microwave probably.

A pitty that somethings of maintenance were not looked into. The kitchen faucet were loose and we were one week and nothing was done. (Maybe they did not want to disturb our stay, let give this benefit to the hotel).

Location location location. Staff were friendly too.Good room size and good to have a kitchen, not that we used it. Shame about the rest.

The room was tired looking. I don't mind that as long as it is clean but it wasn't particularly clean. There were hairs everywhere, particularly in the bathroom, the sealant around the bath was mouldy, the tiles were cracked and I saw a couple of cockroaches. ALso the tv didn/t work. We did mention this but it continued to be a problem - it kept turning itself off and coming on only randomly. We weren't there to watch tv but it is nice to have one that works. Price was ok I guess, given the location and this is what makes it worth staying there.

The bed was comfy, hotel-like amenities, great security, nice guest lounge.

We liked everything. It was really great place for honeymoon. It is located in shopping and "all night long party" district and what is very important - it takes you 3 minutes to get to the beach!!!!!!
